Description
This project involves repairing and renovating the existing Good Shepherd Venture Centre building into a new centre that can consolidate its programs and provide room for future growth. Work includes replacing or upgrading the roofing, front entrance, concrete sidewalk and stairs, roof over the sidewalk, lighting and emergency lighting, roof top Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units, garage for vehicles, and parking area.
